Bundesanstalt für Materialprüfung (BAM) in Berlin took delivery of their Xeuss SAXS instrument with advanced Q-Xoom in January 2017.
In a recent article on the BAM website, Dr. Brian Pauw describes how the state-of-the-art facility now dubbed MAUS for “Multi-scale Analyzer for Ultrafine Structures” allows BAM to perform unique nano-materials characterization for a wide group of users.
