Xenocs integrates Excillum’s MetalJet F X-ray source into its product portfolio

Excillum, a global leader in extreme brightness microfocus and nanofocus X-ray sources, and Xenocs, a global leader in nanoscale characterization solutions for materials science, are proud to announce the integration of Excillum’s new MetalJet F liquid-metal-jet source into Xenocs’ product portfolio.

• Excillum’s MetalJet F12 integrated as X-ray source in Xenocs’ Xeuss Pro SAXS instrument.
• MetalJet F12 complements the range of X-ray sources already supported by Xenocs, providing an option for applications that require high X-ray brightness and long-term stability such as advanced scattering, X-ray imaging, and SAXS/GISAXS/WAXS.
• A Xenocs Xeuss Pro with MetalJet F12 will be available at Xenocs’ demonstration laboratory in Grenoble, France to customers & academic partners for evaluation of the source’s performance with on-site support from Xenocs’ application team.
