He got his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Denmark in the field of Biophysics and Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) and did two Post Docs, one of which was at the BioSAXS beamline at the Cornell High Energy Synchrotron Source in the US which included work with microfluidics and sample automation for biological samples. Soren has been engaged in the SAXS industry for more than 11 years with experience in both instrument design and development as well as sales and business development for biological applications of SAXS.
