Xenocs technology combines precision off-axis aspheric surfaces with high reflectivity multilayer coatings to create high efficiency X-ray optics.

Xenocs' two core technologies, multilayer coatings and deposition on free-form surfaces, are highly integrated and give us the unique capability to supply state-of-the-art X-ray optical components.

Our capability to coat free-form optical surfaces with precision multilayers allows us to produce X-ray optics with very high collection angles and optimum reflectivity that deliver the desired spectral purity, spot size and divergence.

Xenocs' proprietary manufacturing methods allow us to routinely achieve very small spot-sizes or highly collimated beams of X-rays with a perfect optic-to-optic match.

Analytical tools and ray-tracing are extensively used for the design of optical components.

With this technology, Xenocs not only produces a complete line of products for end-users, but also works with OEMs in order to supply X-ray optics and complete beam delivery systems perfectly suited to their applications.
