Installation, Repair, and Training Services

All Xenocs products are fully supported by our Service Engineers and Application Scientists. Our staff are highly trained in all areas of equipment operation and service in order to insure the trouble-free installation of your optics.

All of our optics are fully tested on our factory test bench prior to shipment to your site to insure optimized performance. With each optic we provide a factory test report describing the main parameters of the optical component.

After installation, a complete acceptance test is performed in close cooperation with the customer and the optic is fully commissioned by our installation team. Acceptance data as required by purchase specification is collected and archived for future reference. Our application scientists can offer detailed training on equipment operation to insure you get the most out of your Xenocs optic.

A full year of parts and labour warranty is granted on all of our components. After the first year Xenocs can propose a maintenance contract adapted to your needs. This may range from parts only programs to full parts and labour service and support, including scheduled preventive maintenance actions.

OEM specific products

As flexible as our solutions are, specific OEM equipment or non-standard applications require special developments. Xenocs, an independent supplier is your partner of choice for custom X-ray optical components that are perfectly adapted to your needs.
