x-ray-optics

For now more than 10 years, Xenocs has developed key technologies in the field of X-ray multilayer optics and provides a large range of optical components with different geometries depending on the applications and requirements.

X-ray Beam Conditioning Optics

X-ray beam conditioning optics are collection optics used to capture the X-ray beam emitted by an X-ray source in order to adapt the beam towards the sample by controlling its divergence, spectral purity, and beam dimensions. Different geometries can be used depending on the source geometry (point or line focus) and applications (localized measurements or large surface analysis).

X-ray Analyzers

X-ray analyzers are used to select a specific energy range of the x-ray beam emitted by a sample in X-ray spectroscopy or spectrometry applications (WDXRF, or XPS as few examples).
