Micro focus sealed tube x-ray beam delivery system is becoming a standard in x-ray instrumentation applications as it provides a high useful flux in a low cost of ownership, eco-friendly package.

A step further in performance

GeniX 3D is a further step in terms of performance, ease of use and integration. It maintains the tradition of the GeniX platform with high reliability and beam stability and is provided with a standard 3 year warranty.

The new platform incorporates a higher brightness x-ray source with new designs of FOX 3D multilayer optics for improved photon density. The unique single reflection optical concept provides the highest useful flux for given x-ray beam properties (divergence, spot size).

A smart design for ease of use

GeniX 3D is using pre-aligned optics to simplify as much as possible the system alignment and integration. It provides a mechanically referenced X-ray beam for easy integration on every type of diffractometers.

Thanks to an intuitive X/Y alignment stage, fine tuning of X-ray beam performance can be achieved at anytime without need for re-alignment of downstream components.

GeniX 3D is provided with an intuitive control and command unit enabling operation by any non-expert-user and maintaining high source lifetime.

Available for a wide range of applications

With its high level of performance, GeniX 3D is narrowing the gap with modern micro focus rotating anode generators in a low maintenance system. It is available in different x-ray beam wavelengths and geometries for various research and metrology applications such as single crystal diffraction, small angle x-ray scattering, stress measurements or semiconductor thin film metrology.
