1D beam shaping x-ray optics

General description

1D x-ray optics are typically used for shaping the divergent beam emitted by an x-ray source in one dimension either by focusing or collimating the beam. The use of such optics with a multilayer coating provide in addition a monochromatic beam required for XRD or XRR applications.

Industrial capability

Xenocs has an extended experience in the design, manufacturing and supply of advanced multilayer optics with ISO 9001 certified industrial processes.
