The Cu 25_25P version is the FOX 2D latest model from Xenocs. The optic focus collected photons on a 1 to 1 image of the source providing a small spot with high brilliance. Through the single reflection design and precision multilayer coating, FOX 2D CU 25_25P is an ideal upgrade for enhancing flux performance of any existing diffractometers. FOX 2D CU 25_25P is extremely easy to align and maintains your diffractometer system performance over time.
