GeniX CU High Convergence

GeniX CU High Convergence uses a high brilliance micro focus X-ray source efficiently coupled with an industry proven single Bragg reflection multilayer Xenocs optic. The optic employs a wide collection angle and achieves more than 3 degrees beam convergence within a sub-100µ spot size at focus.

The proprietary cooling system and smart power management extend the source lifetime and enable fast operation. The intuitive user interface and extendibility of the GeniX command and control unit provides powerful functionality for either standalone or integrated use.

Due to its unprecedented stability and reliability, GeniX CU High Convergence is a system with the performance class of a rotating anode source and the reliability, low maintenance, low capital and operating cost of traditional sealed tubes.

GeniX CU High Convergence increases the intensity available for grazing incidence applications that require a broad angular beam with good spectral purity. Examples of such applications include advanced XRR measurement or monochromatic XRF excitation.
